Review of The God Who Wasn't There (2005) by Erik D — 15 Feb 2009
What was most fascinating about this was watching how a former believer became so angry when he came to realize that his faith wasn't backed by literal truth. Rather than coming to see the Bible as a metaphor and being satisfied with that, he seemed to go into a rage against it.
It looked like a flip-flop to me: someone still looking for an absolute truth. Note that I'm an unbeliever as well, just not an angry one.
