Review of The Enforcer (1976) by Borden D — 27 Oct 2009
This was a great film, my 3rd favorite of the series, (Behind Dirty Harry, and Sudden Impact) The main thing dragging this film down was Tyne Daly as the police woman. She was god awfully annoying. She was the stereotypical feminist (not that feminists are bad in general, but she got really annoying.
) and at the risk of sounding evil, I was almost glad when her character got shot at the end. Eastwood delivers superbly as usual, and I would recommend this film to anybody who wants to see the mayor of San Francisco get kidnapped.
