Review of The Congress (2013) by Caleb C — 26 Aug 2014
This could have easily been the best film of the year with this story. I loved what was here, but in the final act of this, I felt it took the easy way out and the writers got lazy. Either way, this is one of the most original stories you are likely to see this year or any year.
It is not to be missed and a huge comeback for Robin Wright. The scenes where she is not animated are easily the strongest female performance I've seen so far this year.
