Review of The Age of Stupid (2009) by Liam D — 14 Oct 2010
This film has an important core message but it's a little jumbled and messy. The character choice is very creative and they give insight to the effects of global warming on their lives. But I feel that this film didn't sent it's message as far as it possibly could, like Al Gores "An Inconvenient Truth" did.
Pete Postlethwaite's character wasn't utilised as well as it could have, leaving this film only a good attempt to ask the rhetoric, "Why didn't we stop climate change when we had the chance?" and not a great film asking the same question.
