Review of Sylvia Scarlett (1935) by Shelby P — 07 Oct 2007
Cary was coming into his own here, but the film quality is so poor and the opposite acting not up to par, outside of Hepburn's comedic performance, which was only even then 'suitable' for the film and not one of her better performances.
This is a 'watch once in order to say that you have' movie, and then never bother to view it again.
