Review of Spotlight (2015) by Mayank A — 14 Aug 2016
The movie is a true life story of the Pulitzer Prize-winning Boston Globe investigation on the taboo subject of child abusive by priests. I knew these things happened but the way it goes about to prove how a system exist to handle and supress the data was shocking.
The performance by the ensemble cast is superb, the directions spot on. The movie never try's to dramatize anything; it tries to be deliver the information much like a documentary only with a great cast and direction.
