One of my favorite shitty 90's martial arts movies. But its not a normal one in this one the martial art of choice is capoeira. The brazilian fighting style. It stars mark dacascos ( a lot of you may know him as the chairman from iron chef america).
But I know him from this movie, The brotherhood of the wolf and The crow: stairway to heaven.
