Anton Yelchin brings Odd Thomas to life. It's been six years or so since I read Odd Thomas so I don't know if little details changed from the book, but I believe everything was on par. Odd Thomas is a masterpiece of storytelling, a mixture of mystery, horror, and romance.
The special effects with the bodachs and other parts of the movie were beyond what my mind could come up with when I read the book. This movie will appeal to fans of the book series as well as people just looking for a good movie to watch.
