Some Reekie bankers hunt a helpless ned (who doesn't look or sound that nedish!) in a game of cat a mouse through the New Town. Sadly Jobson fails to deliver on a premise which could be quite interesting in the right hands.
Contrived with some unsubtle class commentary and atypical "bad guy" characterisations - seriously, name a good film Dougray Scott has been in? Jobson isn't as good a director as he likes to think he is, nor were the Skids a good punk band.
(Bonus star awarded because it was filmed near my gaff!).
