Review of New Town Killers (2008) by Martin K — 28 Oct 2009
It's a classic: all the way from "The Most Dangerous Game" (1932) to "Hard Target" ('93) and beyond, the hunt-the-human film will always be a winner. And this is no exception.
I usually hate Dougray Scott but he gives a cold and scary performance here that will hopefully continue on to better things. Film is nicely brief and has a very tense middle hour, but a silly ending scuppers what might have been.
But you can't argue with that classic plot...
