Often memorable bad guy in such movies as Total Recall and Visiting Hours Michael Ironside does his best on this low budget Mad Max inspired rip-off full of mediocre acting and storyline about a group of passengers surviving a journey while riding through the gas filled o-zone layer to a more promising civilization called "Neon City" with one of the biggest obstacles mutant marauders along the way!
