Review of Neon City (1991) by Steven S — 19 Sep 2008
A bleak post apocalyptic future after nucleur war. Mutated and deformed humans try to survive out in the scarred wilderness, while the more fortunate humans try to eek out a living by doing various things like selling dog meat, how delightful.
And the even more fortunate ones come out from survivalist colonies and underground bunkers to make their way to one of the last havens of civilization, Neon City. The criminal, the mutant euthanaser, the innocent young woman who lived underground with the Swiss, and the truck drivers/gun slinging heroes.
Beware of radiation zones, and road warriors. Not a bad movie, but not a timeless classic either.
