I'm deeply interested in the subject of school shootings and school violence, and I welcome movies that deal with the topic with open arms. But this movie is simply unwatchable.
The director used every single filming method known to humanity in one movie (I reckon as a way of self-assurance on the director's part) and, unfortunately it makes the film look horridly amateurish. I couldn't follow it, I couldn't empathize, it didn't feel realistic, and it gave me a headache. I made it to the end with much effort, which end - incidentally - felt about 30 minutes too far away from where it should have been.
They say the effort matters, but....not always.
