Review of Monsters: Dark Continent (2014) by S G — 10 Mar 2018
An utter pile of dog poo. Its like someone made a really bad Iraq or Afghanistan war movie, realised it was totally rubbish, & thought last minute "I know, why don't we add some aliens? hey, that monsters movie was good, lets put some of those guys in the background every so often!" The soldiers are useless at being soldiers, crying all the time & generally only good for target practise as they dont move much or do anything that would is considered soldering.
They are all unlikable human beings, my only regret is that one of them survived. the writing is dull, virtually nothing happens the ENTIRE movie. virtually no interaction with the monsters, they are just drawn in afterwards in the background like george lucas did on his remastered star wars movies with those silly aliens in backgrounds doing nothing that affects the plot in any way.
