Review of John Dies at the End (2013) by Steven H — 27 Dec 2012
It's Kafka meets Bill Burroughs meets Lovecraft. It is the ever-elusive comedic horror successfully pulled off. As a fan of Evil Dead 2 and Zombieland, I would rank this nearly as high as those efforts.
Like most cult films (which this one will certainly become) the "critics" just don't get it.
