I only gave it three stars because of the cinematography and David Caruso's character, who's comparable to Caruso's current romantic and sometimes tragic hero Horatio Caine. The car chase scenes are definitely something to watch out for, as well.
Other than that, the acting overall was horrible and the plot was painfully predictable. The aforementioned reasons are the only positive aspects of this otherwise sub-par film.
