Great story if you like the departed you will like the movie it was based on. the story plays out pretty much the same except for the ending concerning tony leung and andy lau's interaction. overall very good cop drama from hong kong and deserved the excellent remake.
it's very intense and plays off the old cat and mouse chase very well. I enjoy all the characters very much and loved how this film plays equally on the roles of the police and triads.
