Ok this film tackles the brutal upbringing that boys were subjected to in a boarding school. Starring Macolm Mcdowell, Alex in A Clockwork orange as the main character Mick Travis, it supplies with a gritty documentation of the corporal punishment, levels of bullying from top whip down to the new boy.
Ending somewhat surreally as the boys get pushed too far and seek a rooftop rebellion to go down in history. A must see film for anyone that has suffered the public school system.
