This has the best opening sequence of any animated feature I've ever seen. The song might be cheeseball 80s rawk, but it's a GI Joe theme song!!! The battle sequence alone is worth the price of admission.
As for the remainder of the film, it's GI Joe vs organic bug riding terrorists! You can't get much more fantastical than that. GI Joe has to kick these alien hippies collective asses before they turn the world into a population of mindless monsters.
Decent plot twists for something aimed at tween boys. The best part is the main bad guy is voiced by Rocky's coach. A must see...
