This movie, shoved to direct to Video in the late 80's after the failure of TransFormers the Movie bridges SSN 2 of the SunBow series and the less than stellar DIC cartoon. The "" origins of Cobra and a threat to the entire planet face the GI-Joe team, if you loved the series, this is a must see.
