Review of Far North (2008) by Goh K — 02 Dec 2008
I don't know that I'd say I enjoyed this movie, but it's a haunting adaption of a short story about three people in a self-imposed exile in (we think) Siberia. Not a lot actually happens, but it's an interesting character study with a dark twist.
The scenery (the film was shot in remote Norway) is stunning. Interesting making-of documentary on the DVD is worth watching.
