Really super fast zombies and the effects were delightfully disgusting. Hillarious and revolting all at once and unusually enough there were some really likeable characters. Toward the end there is a scene that I don't think has EVER been done before and it was bloody disgusting and very funny.
There is legitimate room for a sequel but if so, I hope is done as well as its original.
