It would've deserved a theater release, Mancini did really good job on this and the previous hitchcock inspired one.
Nice to see some movie series go this far (for almost 30 years) with same makers and without reboot while keeping actual quality high. (lets forget the unnamed one in the middle).
Especially nice touch on the script to make it quite a different film regarding on whether you've seen the previous ones or not.
