Loved this intensely- best film I've seen since District 9 (not the the two can be compared at all!).
Great acting, great shots, great music, and great historical basis. As with most films like this, there isn't so much a plot as a plot emphasis-- this one being both obvious and not too obvious. The not too obvious, I would suggest, involves crises of faith on all fronts- and not in the traditional manner.
(Plus Paul Bettany is still fit dressed like that with a greying, balding head).
