Review of Cocoon (1985) by Caque A — 16 Sep 2009
A science fiction tale with heart. I felt it was a great movie. Well acted and directed. It has a charm that is hard to get past because of just the idea of the fountain of youth. It's purpose is genuine and the story has many good points.
I enjoyed seeing this because its something different. Almost all the stars are older and Ron Howard did a great job at making sure they were not exploited in anyway. it is a heartwarming science fiction film and I enjoyed it a lot.
