Review of Cockneys vs Zombies (2012) by Matthew D — 24 Mar 2013
It's utterly captivating; at parts it tries to be funny, and then deliberately goes bad to make you laugh at all the funny parts. Michelle Ryan is fantastic too, and hats off to Honor Blackman, but surely the top prizes for acting go to Georgia King and Harry Treadaway.
A fantastic and hilarious zombie apocalypse movie which brings so much originality to an already over-used genre. Also the late and great Richard Briers makes a cameo as Hamish. He should have had a spin off, though sadly now not ever going to be achieved.
The lines would be like: "one man, one world, one zimmer frame, ten million zombies.".
