Review of Blues Brothers 2000 (1998) by Luke M — 21 Jan 2013

I saw this movie when I was 12 and it kindled my interest in Blues music and encouraged me to start playing guitar. As a result I went and watched the original which was obviously better but what I would say to the harsher critics of the movie is that it achieved (at least for me) it's goal, which was to pay tribute to Blues music and bring it to a new generation.

Which I might add is what the original movie did for that generation.
