There are a surprising number of parallels between A Tribe Called Quest and Metallica as far as group dynamics go. I enjoyed this documentary a lot. It was cool to see how Q-Tip works and also just...these guys are awesome. They're all so funny and lighthearted (minus the in-group drama).
I definitely recommend for anyone who cares about hip hop in the slightest.
