Review of Apostle (2018) by Rawson A — 21 Nov 2018
This was an exceptionally fresh take on horror. It does a great job of avoiding jump scares; rather, it shows true and unforgiving horror when it is most essential. Dan Stevens is phenomenal in the leading role, and he leads a truly stellar cast.
Gareth Evans certainly knows how to do horror.
