Review of Age of the Dragons (2011) by Mike M — 13 Mar 2011
Plodding and circumscribed, with all the wit and spontaneity of a contractually obliged pilot for the SyFy channel: everyone participating seems to be waiting around for the next commercial break... For much of this dragon-less drag, we're left in the company of a boring Ishmael (Sevier, a case of don't call us, we'll call you) and a generic ass-kicking heroine (Pernas) who inconceivably contrives to resemble a poor man's Rhona Mitra.
Better than this distributor's "Mega Shark" pictures, but still not nearly good enough.
