The frigid backdrop of the big city was probably the best thing that this movie had going for it, since it was supposed to be a noir-style thriller. Not very good, expected much more from it, based on the previews.
Very slow-moving and didn't like the ending. Robert Miano & Val Kilmer were good. Very messy and did not offer any characterization as well as leaving many questions as to why so many things were left so open-ended.
