Review of Zulu (1964) by Sven H — 02 Sep 2010
In "Zulu" the British have their own well-mannered, crisply-directed counterpart to lusty American war movies like "The Dirty Dozen." This is one of the best examples of the "cast of thousands" done correctly; the action is truly exhilarating and the object lessons - with the usual caveats about time and place in the subject matter - go down easy.
