Talk about epic scope. literally a cast of thousands, photographed in the most riveting landsacpe on the planet and on such a scale!
The attention to costume and prop detail, ceremonial protocol and battle scenes was outstanding. simply a thrilling and chilling movie for its time. and no damned cgi clutter.
