Usually i'm a sucker for the classics, but found this movie was just ok. great performance by the person who played zorba, but the basil character didn't really do anything and was forgettable. zorba had an interesting view of life, but it wasn't that astounding, as mine is similar. but at the same time, I didn't really relate to zorba, as he was more out-there, in an extroverted way. I connected to Cool Hand Luke alot more.
Decent, accoladed movie, but not one I would recommend however.
