Too obvious with its political commentary, but unclear wether it is mocking people who say stuff like the line "it is irresponsible to label all predators as savages", or if it is saying that seriously.
Though, the movie does take place in a land called "Utopia", so maybe it is mocking those that think all predators are not savages. Or maybe it's just a dumb kids movie, written by people who don't really understand the messages they are telling kids.
