Review of Zootopia (2016) by Andy S — 30 Jan 2018
Really supportive parents that bunny has. Of course the bully fox would be an ignorant and dumb hillbilly. Really interesting and original ideas all throughout this movie, it's wonderful! Beautiful how they're able to put all the types of climates and landscapes together so that each kind of animal can thrive. I can without the Shakira song though.
Those foxes have quite the sly operation going on. Jason Bateman is awesome as the fox. Intersting to see how these animals lead the same lives as we humans do. Officer Hopps is pretty clever and quick-witted almost as much as the fox. Seeing that Godfather reference unfold was hilarious. Seeing the polar bears act as security for a little table full of dancing mice, hahaha.
Seeing that the animals are becoming there savage and animalistic nature, the story takes a turn for the intersting. Nick's backstory was so heartbreaking. It's crazy how real this movie is in terms of putting out certain information in the news and everyone's opinions and views changing.
Overall, really great movie with beautiful messages and a good sense of humor.
