However, one of their group, codename Concussion, turned evil after being fed radioactive elements (why do they do that? Didn?t the learn anything from the [i]Hulk[/i]?)[/font][/color][/size].

[size=3][color=#000000][font=Times New Roman] The rest of that group eliminated Concussion before he could do major damage. They thought he was out of the way permanently, but they were wrong; he would reappear thirty years later. When they realized this, they needed a new superhero team to stop him.[/font][/color][/size].

[size=3][color=#000000][font=Times New Roman] So, they brought back the leader, Captain Zoom, out of retirement, and gave him a bunch of kids with superpowers to train (why does it have to be kids?). But they didn?t tell him anything about Concussion because it?s top secret military only to be seen by top level guys (or something like that.)[/font][/color][/size].

[size=3][color=#000000][font=Times New Roman] So, Captain Zoom goes about the business of hero training with the other main characters ? the kid superheros. And they have some fun while they?re at it.[/font][/color][/size].

However, there crisis that brings them together is extremely contrived and unbelievable, thus ruining the message. SCORE: [b]3[/b][/font][/color][/size].
