They tried way too hard to be outrageous-funny. The first Zoolander was legendary. This one was a waste of time. When a film consciously tries to get you to laugh AT the movie instead of WITH the movie, it is so frustrating as a viewer because it makes me feel like the filmmakers think their audience is full of idiots that don't know what's funny.
