I don't get the bad reviews: this is as silly as the first one and I guess that's what's supposed to be: a silly comedy that makes you laugh because it's silly and it succeeds in that. Loved it (slightly less than the first one).
By the way, I don't even get why someone who thought the first one was not funny took the time to watch the second O.o.
