There are more reused jokes from the original than new jokes. Zoolander is an original comedy with genuinely odd and funny jokes while 2oolander/Zoolander 2/ Zoolander No.2 tries its hardest to put the characters in the same situation to relive jokes from the original. It's easier to tell someone what jokes aren't in the movie than which ones are.
In addition, the plot is overshadowed by setting of scenes to recreate jokes.
This is a sequel which doesn't exist in the eyes of fans.
