This movie will make the kids smile. That's really all that matters during a road trip when you need a dvd to put into the player to keep the kids quiet. More than that, it's a just an average movie with a great cast doing animal voices.
Don't expect too much and you might not be let down. Compare to Ben Stiller's 'Night at the Museum'.
