Kevin James gets dating advice from talking animals and it's every bit as dumb as it sounds. 'Zookeeper' is a perfectly fine waste of time with little going for it. The jabbering wildlife is enough to keep kids amused.
Though, if they just centered the movie on the grumpy gorilla who has a strong desire to go to TGI Fridays, then this comedy could have been a surreal masterpiece.
