Review of Zoo (2007) by Fairuz M — 29 Oct 2007
During the first 10 minutes I was thinking, "holy crap this is going to be a really interesting film." I thought it was going to be a deep character profile of several very different zoophiles.
But unfortunately it didn't fulfill what I thought it promised. Its always interesting to see a topic steeped in taboo and stigma dealt with in an open-minded way, but I felt like this film was really lacking depth.
A lot of questions are left unasked, nevermind unanswered.
