Review of Zoo (2007) by Shane S — 23 Apr 2007

I did not know this got picked up!! I had an opportunity to see this one at Sundance, and I enjoyed it. The premis is disturbing, it is about a dude dropped off in an ER with a ruptured Colon, ruptured because of horse genetilia being insterted somplace it should not have been.

We come to learn through this documentary that there is a group which runs a farm area where men come to have relations with Horses. Yeah, I know... The film is well done and probably a bit too respectful of the "Zoophiles" who are featured.

I would have liked to see a bit more regarding the background of the individuls involved, why (besides being pervs) did they feel compeled to have relations with these animals. Many of them say they do not feel like they can have these types of relationships with humans, but why.

A question I would have persoanally liked to see explored a bit more.
