Or Zombie Flesh Eaters 2, as it is known here in Blighty. Whatever it's called, it's still the worst zombie film I have ever seen, and that's including those directed by the execrable Rob Zombie.

I would rate this zero if not for the WORST EVER SCENE IN A HORROR MOVIE that occurs about halfway through, which has to be seen to be believed. (I know my giving it a star for being especially rubbish doesn't make sense, but then neither does anything in this film!) After the edgy brilliance of the original Zombie Flesh Eaters, this comes as a real let down.
