This film is one of those that couldn't decide if it wanted to be scary, gross or funny. Unfortunately, it tries to do all three and fails at all 3. You get 10 minutes of racial/sexual stereotype comedy, then 10 minutes of gore.
One is not funny and the other is gross. AVOID IT.
