Review of Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara (2011) by Manish A — 14 Jul 2011
An indian version of a self discovery road movie, with reminiscences of Eat, pray, love, only a little better (that's not difficult), and with men as the focus. This is a slick, polished Bollywood film taking place in Spain with nice settings.
As expected it's long but overall well paced, and has the traditional break in the middle. The themes fit with values central to the Indian culture: marriage, money, looking for family roots. No dancing, pff.
.. but a few ok songs! The large theatre was packed! Light entertainment if you like the genre.
