Review of Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara (2011) by Mayank D — 30 May 2014

This movie is incredibly intelligent. It doesn't give everything away immediately but rather lets the characters grow and lets the audience use clues such as dialogue to let the secrets unravel. The characters are real people who go through real friendships, problems, and emotions.

Its a very nicely crafted friendship movie that has plenty of drama along with some occasional humor. Each character feels original and realistic. Nothing happening is over the top (which some may find surprising in a Bollywood movie).

All of the characters have flaws and their relationship is believable. I recommend this movie for the great themes it has and a mostly realistic take on life and young people.
