Review of Zero Dark Thirty (2012) by Fk2989 — 05 Jan 2013
Lets see based on the trailer, Zero Dark Thirty is quite similar to a Japanese 1990s anime Neon Genesis: Evangelion which had a similar story line about other dimension creatures attacking Earth and fighting them back with robots, which in the series was known as Evas.
What makes it contrast is that there are no philosophical or religious influence in the movie. Thus, the movie I would say borrows a lot from the critically acclaimed anime series. To me, in my opinion, the anime series is way better than Zero Dark Thirty but if you want to see great action and visuals, this movie is right for you.
