Review of Zelig (1983) by Christopher P — 24 Jul 2008
A mildly interesting conceptual work. Allen's humor is far subtler than in much of his other work, which left something to be desired... the film is sometimes a chore to watch and left me feeling like I had just entertained a half-serious, artistically self-indulgent, jest at my expense, which wouldn't be the first time, remaining a tedious sort of experience.
